Case Study: A Sustainable Step Forward with Mentermôn  – waste-repurposing technology.

At Ready Steady Fulfilment, sustainability is important to how we do business. With the guidance and support of Mentermôn, we’ve taken another meaningful step towards reducing our environmental footprint by integrating  eco-friendly machinery that transforms waste cardboard into reusable packaging material..

This new addition allows us to repurpose over 2,000 litres of used cardboard every month, transforming what was once waste into practical eco-friendly packaging filler. Instead of discarding delivery boxes or using plastic-based void fill like bubble wrap, we now reuse materials already in our supply chain—cutting down on both waste and cost.

Why It Matters:
Less plastic: Every meter of bubble wrap we no longer purchase means fewer plastics ending up in landfills.

More circular: Reusing cardboard on-site contributes to a more circular, closed-loop packaging process.

Lower carbon footprint: Fewer purchases and shipments of packaging material = fewer emissions.
