The Ready Steady Team
Alongside my long-time friend and colleague Mark Burr, I started in eCommerce before transitioning into 3PL and now 4PL fulfillment. My passion in fulfillment lies in working with small businesses and startups being part of the journey from onboarding to product launch is incredibly rewarding. Likewise, when an established brand requires our services, there’s a great sense of satisfaction in seeing a project roll out the door, complete and ready to make an impact.

Before co-founding Ready Steady Fulfilment, I led a very different kind of team—as Head of Maths at a large secondary school. From there, I pivoted into eCommerce, building one of the UK’s largest eco-friendly baby and children’s product companies from the ground up. That experience gave me a deep understanding of logistics, customer care, and sustainable business practices.
Now, as Co-Director of Ready Steady Fulfilment, I bring both careers together—balancing precision and planning with the fast-paced, customer-focused world of fulfillment. Whether it’s mapping out efficient workflows or ensuring every item is packed with care, I’m passionate about creating seamless processes that help our clients grow.
I also take on the crucial internal responsibility of making sure Owain keeps hold of his expense receipts no easy feat, but someone’s got to do it..
